    BIO: Outside adventure is my identity. I train hard indoors to play even harder outside Backpacking, Climbing, Cycling, & Snowboarding. That’s my “Why” and with over a decade of experience I want to guide and find your “Why?”

    BIO: I developed a passion for science and “how things work,” & decided to go to college to study everything in Exercise Science.

    TIMBER COACHES follow the required initial guided instruction. Trainer education and professional development is now more self-selective, based on the Trainer’s personal specialties and interests

  • BRICK

    BRICK COACHES have completed an advanced certification in behavioral change through Precision Nutrition, complementing their knowledge of optimized physical conditioning and performance.

  • STONE

    STONE Coaches have completed an extensive continued education and certifications centered on lifestyle management coaching and are true ambassadors for the MNR lifestyle.
